What is this story about?
The novel, In Cold Blood by Capote Truman is about a murder case of the Herbert Clutter family that occurred in Holcomb, Kansas in 1959. Intentionally, Capote adds his own insights into the imaginative fiction novel even though it's based on a true story. The reader is able to interpret their own understanding of the book in the way Capote has structured it. Before we even began reading In Cold Blood, we reviewed over literary devices that would help us write the essay we needed at the end.
